• Clients must provide accurate event details for proper planning and execution.

3. Booking and Payment

• A 50% booking fee is required to secure our services. The balance must be paid immediately after the event.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may be subject to a small fee if costs were incurred in preparation.
• Additional charges apply for transport, accommodation (hotels only), and special attire if required.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure a safe and professional working environment for our team.
• Any form of harassment, misconduct, or mistreatment toward our staff will not be tolerated.
• Event changes (e.g., schedule, location, or requirements) must be communicated as soon as possible to allow proper adjustments.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Ushering Excellence is not responsible for any loss, damages, or injuries incurred during the event.
• While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific event outcomes beyond our service commitment.

6. Intellectual Property

• Some logos displayed on our website belong to our clients and partners.
